BluePomo（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報について説明します。
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を収集・送信しません。タイマー設定・完了記録・科目・プログラム等のデータは、すべてお使いの端末内（iOS の SwiftData / UserDefaults、およびアプリとウィジェットで共有する App Group 領域）にのみ保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等を取得しません。
解析（アナリティクス）SDK や広告 SDK を一切使用せず、ユーザーのトラッキングも行いません。
セッション完了をお知らせするため、ローカル通知のみを使用します。通知内容が外部に送信されることはありません。
プレミアム機能の購入は Apple（App Store / StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報を本アプリが受け取ることはなく、すべて Apple が管理します。
本アプリは、いかなる個人データも第三者と共有・販売しません。
端末から本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたデータも削除されます。
本アプリは全年齢（4+）を対象とし、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されます。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。

BluePomo ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The App does not collect or transmit personally identifiable information. All data — timer settings, completed records, subjects, and programs — is stored only on your device (iOS SwiftData / UserDefaults and an App Group container shared between the app and its widgets) and is never sent to the developer's or any third party's servers.
The App requires no account and does not collect your name, email, or phone number.
The App uses no analytics SDKs and no advertising SDKs, and does not track you.
The App uses local notifications only, to tell you when a session is complete. Notification content never leaves your device.
Premium purchases are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). The App never receives your payment details; Apple manages them.
The App does not share or sell any personal data to third parties.
Deleting the App from your device deletes the data it stored on the device.
The App is rated for all ages (4+) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
